HAIL storm on the horizon: local experts to lead business innovation session

What is it: Get ready for a storm–a HAIL storm, that is.

Shores & Islands Ohio, in collaboration with the Greater Sandusky Partnership and Ottawa County Improvement Corporation, will host an informational session titled “HAIL storm” from 8:30-10 a.m. Aug. 28 at Orchard Bar & Table-Catawba.

Why is it important: “HAIL storm” “reimagines the traditional business BAIL strategy that focuses on banking, accounting, insurance, and legal aspects of a business,” according to a release from the Greater Sandusky Partnership. The acronym HAIL focuses on human resources, advertising, information technology, and loans.

This event offers an opportunity for local businesses to gain knowledge and advice to enhance their operations and drive growth. Attendees will have the chance to engage with experts, network with peers, and explore innovative solutions to common business challenges, according to the release.

The event will feature a panel of four area experts:

Robin Pfeiffer, Human Resources Director, Ottawa County Commissioners
Shelbi Neidler, Owner, The Social Butterfly Sandusky
Andrew Stainbrook, President, dotnet Technologies
Mike Zipfel, AVP, Commercial Loan Officer, GenoaBank

How to get involved: Orchard Bar & Table-Catawba is located at 3266 NE Catawba Road, Port Clinton. For more information and to register for the event, visit https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/ev/reg/87tkew8.
