What is it: It’s once again time for North Coast Young Professionals Week, and registration for the 2024 event is open. Join the NCYP from July 29 to August 4 for a week of networking and professional development, as the week “is your chance to connect with like-minded professionals and take your career to the next level,” according to a news release from NCYP.
Why you should attend: The event is a chance to meet and mingle with fellow young professionals in the Firelands region, participate in workshops and sessions designed to enhance skills and knowledge, and enjoy a variety of events from networking to engaging panel discussions.

Kick-Off Event at Cedar Point Sports Center: Leadership & Regionalism
6-8 p.m. July 29
Start the week with an evening of appetizers, networking, presentations, and a panel discussion.

Join a session on advancing women's roles in the workplace and free headshots.
Sunset Paddle & Bonfire at Lake Erie Adventure Company
7:15-9 p.m. Aug. 2
Relax and unwind with a scenic paddle and bonfire by the lake.
What's Next in Your Career & Brunch at Crush Event Space
11 a.m. Aug. 4
Wrap up the week with a delicious brunch and insightful career discussions.
How to get involved: Membership is geared toward professionals age 45 and younger. Young professionals from Erie, Huron, Ottawa, Sandusky, and Seneca counties are welcome to attend the week’s events and/or join the group.
Registration is $40 for NCYP members and $70 for non-members (includes a one-year NCYP membership). The fee gives access to the entire week of events and activities. The full schedule and registration can be found at
