Nine years ago, Scott Heston started the first catfishing charter on the Sandusky Bay, Captain Scott’s Catfish Charter. Since then, more charters targeting channel catfish have popped up, and the fish is rising in popularity on Lake Erie.

In its first year, Blue Door Market in Perkins Township has focused on serving folks at the likewise new Sandusky RV Resort.

During a kitten yoga session with leader Jamie Bishop, participants are led through beginner-friendly poses that focus on gentle movements and relaxation techniques to ensure that everyone is comfortable and supported, regardless of their yoga experience.

“It’s extra special that it’s the 13^th year. A lot of events like this sort of fizzle out, and ours has magically grown. Our cauldron is bubbling over.”

Under construct, Sandusky Wheels Park is being designed with lots of feedback from the wide range of people who will use it.
